View Full Version : Help with a diet plan??!

I was wondering if there were some diet plans already made to lose some body fat in a month or two? I'm 22 205lbs been working out for about 6 years now and have never done a diet program. I'm at about 12% body fat and I was wanting to get down to about 6-8% while still trying to gain muscle in a few weeks and was wondering if it's possible? I know it's not gonna be easy but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

We don't use diet plans because everyone has different stats and therefore different caloric needs. We also prefer different foods and need to cook or pre-prepare at different times.

Better to read the macro caclulation sticky thread and then experiment with a calorie counting app like myfitnesspal to see which foods fit your needs.
