I have been doing side bends a lot, but I don't think I'm getting much bang for my buck. I'm cutting right now so both abs and obliques should get more definition which I bet will help. anyone have a link to a successful ab training routine that can be done 3 days a week? typical i just do a few sets of abs at the end of every other workout, here is what I do below followed by the poor results. M=minutes, and F=failure

Leg raises: 40x35x30

Planks: 2Mx2MxFxF

dumbell side bends: 45lbs 15x12x10 a side.

pretty simple and easy but it is always after an 1.5 hour workout. could I just be too tired after a workout and using medicore for? maybe. but could it also just be that its just not enough to build muscle and I need to start adding more weight and progressing even though I barely get through it as it is.
