Hey there everybody i have been on a diet for a 10 months now and lost 100 pounds by simply walking. But recently i have been doing weight lifting to build some muscle around my arms and legs since i noticed i was getting loose skin. My only concern is that now that im lifting weights and still walking how many calrories/ what should i eat to lose weight and maybe build muscle?

here is my workout routine monday-friday weekends i have off. also the weight lifting exercises are done with 20lb dumbbells 10-12 reps of 3-4 sets:

Monday upper-body: 60 min walk at 3.5mpg
shoulder press, bent-over reverse fly, wrist curl, upright row, chest press, skull crusher, concentration curl, hammer curl, incline chest press, shoulder shrug, lat pullover.

Tuesday: walk 60min at 3.5mph

Wednesday core and back: walk 60min at 3.5mph
side bend, bow extension, bent over row, reverse fly, one arm row, deadlift.

Thurday: walk 60min 3.5mph

Friday leg day: walk 60min at 3.5mph
goblet squat, lunge, single-leg deadlift, hip raises, side lunge.

And those are the workouts i do everyweek. Am i over doing myself with this much exercise or im doing just fine? any help would be nice!

I would recommend a routine with more frequency than once a week. See below
