- I want to decrease the time of fibre absorption, I soak them and blend them to powders and bake them, is it right ?

- I love to eat cacao plums baked oats every day, but thatīs 75 g of fibre = too much

- Or I just drink more water, becasue the fiber canīt be digested by the body ?

Can you elaborate on what youre trying to achieve, and why?

If you're looking for fast fiber, get some Metamucil or some other fiber supplement.

75 g of fiber is a crap ton, what is your reasoning for that. One would think you would be getting less nutrition as your body has no chance to do anything before it's rushed out.

Does it give you any problems? If not then it's fine.

and here I am thinking the whole point of fiber is that we don't absorb them...
