Ok so I've been lifting for 2 years pretty hard. 5 days a week roughy. I'm 180 lbs pretty lean but I feel like I'm not getting any gains. I eat very clean try to eat a lot getting about 200 grams of protein a day on a average. I'm in great shape but i don't think I'm were I should be I'm getting about 3000--3500 calories a day if I up that I feel like I've gotta eat not such good food. In the past i started more calorie intake and my abs disappears . Help or suggestion ?

Well you either make gains and your abs disappear or you keep the abs and make no gains. Your choice.

Start bumping the calories up 100-200 every 4 weeks until you start to see some gains. You will lose some definition though
