I've been looking into doing my first bulk and I'm very new to bulking I've been weaight lifting for over a year now got down to a prity low body fat %. I'm planing on eating about 2800 cals a say with 80g fat, 230g carbs, and 220g of protien all of my calories will be coming from whole foods with only protien powder no mass gainers. I want to bulk as clean as possible by eating very clean foods. I currently weigh 138 and want to hit as high as possible preferably 200 and I'm willing to bulk for how ever long it will take. But how does my calories and macros look and how long should this take?

Calories seem fine, but your protein is way high: .8g of protein and .45g of fat per pound as minimums, fill remaining calories with protein/fat/carbs as you like. Monitor progress and adjust calories every 2 or so weeks until gaining ~2-3 pounds per month.
