I'm trying to build up muscle. I currently weigh 79kg and am the strongest ive ever been. I am eatin 3500-4000 calories daily hitting my macros. I have toned up and have come up from up 77.5kg but seem to be stuck at that. I cant seem to add more weight and seeing minimal muscle gains etc. Any ideas or help to give me the results I want?

If you've hit a plateau with regards with weight gain, it means you're not eating enough calories. Increase your calorie intake and you will gain weight..
