so ive been training for 2-3 years now im 21 and i havent watched my diet but im guessing around 2000-22000 calories ;/. im 6' 1'' at start i started weighting 157 and i increased my calories for a week from 22000 to 26000 and ive been gaining around .5 everyday and i look bloated all the time now im around 161-162. should i reduce calories or adjust it? my abs are even starting to fade.

I'm assuming you mean you increased your calories from 2,200 to 2,600. All else being equal, roughly 3,500 calories equals 1 pound. Going up by 400 per day for 1 week should not cause you to gain more than 1 pound of weight, unless you're also putting on water weight, which I imagine could contribute to a bloated look to some degree. I'd keep going the same way and keep training and things should sort themselves out with another week or two.

Training for "2-3 years"
Eating 2,000 calories

What exactly are you planning on doing?

6'1 and 157lbs. Um, whatever you have been doing for the past 2-3 years does not constitute training or eating for that matter.
