Common daily feed:
2weetabix with 300ml low fat protein milk(300 cal approx)
2 ham sandwiches (wholegrain bread)(436cal)
500ml protein milk(260cal)
nature valley bar(196cal)
dinner with chicken fillets and potatoes or pasta or rice and often a small tin of beans or peas(600+cal approx)
200 ml protein milk(104 cal )
2weetabix with 300 ml protein milk(300 cal)
8 slices of wholegrain bread(744)
200ml protein milk(104 cal)
I know thats alot of bread but i find it very easy to eat and it has a large amount of calories and protein(3.72 gram per slice) My diet totals to approx 3000calories, i am trying to bulk. I am moderately active at 5ft 9 129 pounds and im 18yrs old. For maintenance i estimated i need 2500 calories to maintain weight so i am doing a 500 calorie surplus.

How are your fruits and vegetable intakes? Micro-nutrients are important aspect of lifting too. It isn't much info to evaluate your diet. You should eat a variety of foods and make sure you're hitting your daily macros and calories.

Honestly they are low, i never eat fruit and the only vegetable i eat regularly are potatoes(almost everyday),any other vegetable is only occassionally. However i get micronutrients through weetabix as most cereals contain iron and vitamins etc

I would recommend at least 2 vegetables and 2 fruits a day. Also eat a variety of foods. Do you track your calories and macros?
