right now im 6'3'' weight 168 doing push pull legs x2 3 strength 3 hypertrophy.

i was wondering if 3k is too much?

185 protein, 85 fat, rest carbs.

i havent tracked calories i just ate till full but i want to give this a go.

im sedentary outside the gym just lift heavy 6 days a week

what about strength? if my strength stalls that means im not eating or sleeping well?

Could be that youre not training well too.
