I cut from 190 to 170 in 3 months and am currently at 13% body fat. Should I clean bulk up to 182 or cut down to 10% body fat before starting my bulk? My LBM is 148 and I'd like to get it up to 154.

Thanks!

Just eating more lean meats and good carbs (oatmeal, veggies, brown rice) instead of junk. I went on dirty bulk before this and realized it was a huge mistake.

lean vs dirty bulk concerns your calorie surplus, not your food choices.

I was joking.

I think the amount of your caloric surplus is a lot more important than trying to "eat clean".

It's really personal preference if you start a slow bulk or cut until your abs are more visible at this point.

Not sure what kind of reply you are looking for from a message board.

Oh yeah you're lean enough to bulk. Go for a small surplus gaining ~2 pounds per month.
