View Full Version : Lack of appetite. Bars and snacks to get through the day?

So today is one of those days where I don't have such a big appetite. I only ate a bowl of oatmeal and I work an 8 hour shift soon. I don't want to waste away or be counterproductive on nutrients but I know I'll be lucky if I hit my macros for the day. My job has a large variety of snacks and drinks and especially protein bars both with High and low sugar. How should I go about this? Should I just stuff my face with 5 protein bars throughout the remainder of my work shift and some antioxident juices and whatnot? given my weight and height I shouldn't have any problem but what are your pieces of advice?

Eat if you're hungry, don't if you're not. Eat something now and wait til later.

Snacking on trail mix or nuts would be a good option too.
