View Full Version : Confused on marcos for foods

Hi guys :)

I am making my meal plans for the summer (so for when I start going to the gym after i have moved and also lost as much fat as I can in that time) and I added up the marcos and calories via the packaging and then using the my fitness pal app but they were very different (the my fitness pal app said there was 150 calories higher, 30g protein higher, 50g carbs lower and 5g fat higher than when the packaging was al added up) so which one should I trust?

Are the serving sizes the same?

If so, go into MFP, select add food, and add them in manually.

Go by the packaging.


ALso just an FYI: Even the packaging can be OFF within 10% of what's stated.
