(In advance sorry if this is the wrong section I couldn't think where else to post.)

I been lifting for 5 year, mostly towards strength it is only lately that i have been going higher with the reps and eating better, I always have been fairly decent looking but no matter what I cannot get my chest to grow. I been through various rep ranges, programs, exercises, and weight and it still wont grow. The only three exercises that i dont do are pull over, dips, and chest db fly. (because they give me pains)

Any advice would be appreciated.

Pull overs hurt me aswell. But back to the point.+

What changed my chest a lot was changing the frequency and lowering volume.
What i'm doing at the mooment is hitting chest 3 times a week with 2 excercises changing those 2 excercises every week. Now i'm at incline DB press and pec deck fly's.

Day 1 : 8 - 12 reps
Day 2 : 14 - 18 Reps
Day 3 : 18 - 25 Reps

Only 2 workings sets per excercise.

Don't do this forever do it and then change back to 1 high volume day. Just keep changing but this is only advice. Do what you feel is right ( Wow i almost sounds like the Hodgetwins)

Right after im done with 30 and Out ill start implementing it into my regimen thanks mate.
