Been training for around 2 years seriously.
Stats ; Weight - 167lbs - 76kg
Height - 181cm - 5ft 11.5

Below are some pictures, I would be very greatful if I could get some feedback and points on where I can improve on. My goal isn't to get to a monster level, I am trying to build a respectable and aesthetically pleasing physique. Thank you! I'm thinking of competing in men's physique within the next 2 years.

Need more mass overall, lower back and shoulders

You're doing okey now but you need more overall mass. Keep adding lean muscle mass with propper nutrition and increasing the weights in the basic exercises while hitting the weaker muscle parts with some isolated exercises(rear delts as usual)

No hate OP but you have been training seriously for two years? If that's true than you really need to get your diet/nutrition in check if you want to compete.

As others have said, you need to add mass. I would recommend heading over to the nutritional section and read the stickies on how to calculate your BMR/TDEE and eat at about 10-20% above maintenance calories.

I would suggest getting a coach to help you lay out a plan. They will have plenty of time to work with you to create an awesome physique. Especially since you're being realistic in wanting to wait a couple of years to add quality muscle mass.
