View Full Version : Rapid Muscle Gain Question

ide from adding drama details, I had some severe issues that put me in a health position where I want to gain lean muscle as rapidly as possible. My current idea, plan is to utilize boxing classes, mix with cardio, and lifting. Along with a proper diet, what I was curious is some insight on that plan and what I could potentially modify. Currently at 6ft at 198.5 and have the resources and time to commit to a rigid program to create a dramatic amount of "lean" mass as quickly as possible.

Also wanted to note, I am currently severely cutting calories at this point sticking to basics like grilled chicken, Greek yogurt, 0 carb whey, etc. Any help would be great, thanks!
