Hi, Before bed i usually have a whey shake with 1.5 scoops in it mixed with water.

Tonight id like to try 1 scoop mixed with some greek yougurt instead to give myself a bit of a treat. Im using ***E 0% fat natural greek yougurt, but im having trouble working out how much of it to have to match my whey shake.

Basically the stats are as follows i have broken them down:

Protein Powder (1 scoop 25g serving approx)
25g
103cal
21g protein

***E natural greek yougurt (per 100g serving)
100g
57cal
10.3g protein

how could i work this out so i dont eat over my protein or my calories as im currently cutting and if you could show me how you worked it out

thanks alot :)

I thought schools in the UK were supposed to be better than in the US?

103 x 1.5 = 154.5 calories in your normal shake.

So because I am lazy and prefer to round- 2 x 57 = 114 calories for 2 servings of yogurt.

114 + 51.5 = 165.5 calories for 2 servings of yogurt with 1/2 serving protein mixed in.

Or for more flavor you could do 1.5 x 57 = 85.5 calories for 1.5 servings of yogurt and add in a full scoop of protein.

85.5 + 103 = 188.5 calories for 1.5 servings yogurt and 1 scoop protein.

OK, math done; numbers are close enough that it is negligible. If you want the protein content of each you can do that yourself.
