View Full Version : Critique my Physique

So I've been working out religiously for the past year and half or two and just this past summer I realized my posture was really ****ty and my arms were lagging a lot (triceps especially, they have very little size). Seeing these imbalances really kills me and I want to fix them but I don't know how to go about it.

edit: I also realized my upper chest is lagging compared to lower

Last summer, I came to the conclusion that I had "Upper Cross Syndrome" and I started working my back (rhomboids, lower traps, rear delts) more but I just feel like I'm making no progress towards my posture. I've also tried different things to make my triceps grow such as just going heavy and then I tried doing high rep stuff but they just don't grow. Overall I just think my physique is imbalanced. Can you guys help me out and provide some constructive criticism?

note: I'd like to add that I broke the medial epicondyle in my right arm a few years ago so that may play a role in my tricep development (can only extend to 177 degrees compared to 180)

Pics (I'm a little bloated in these pics, I usually have a pretty slim profile)

Your ideas are probably as good as mine

Up the weights or more volume if you're having trouble progressing

Sometimes you gotta pack on lbs to progress, in my experience at least
