so i been eating 6 meals a day. i am not going to get into the amounts, but it consists of an omelet, steak, rice, chicken and fish. this diet doesnt seem to be giving me enough calories to gain weight, is there a basic website where it shows a limited amount of food with high calorie counts? i work full time as a ramp agent and don't have tons of time. i'm looking for a diet that has meals spread throughout the day where i can get a lot of calories without having huge meals. and yes i have 2 protein shakes a day.

Chinese food?

Peanut butter?

Pizza?

Ice cream?

You're eating bro foods, no wonder it's not high calorie.

Bro Diet + 6 meals a day + 2 protein shakes a day + No macros or calories listed = Clearly you have never read the stickies.

Why not just eat more of what you are currently eating?

It doesn't matter what you believe. Clean bulk = low/moderate surplus. Dirty bulk = high surplus/just eat it all.

ETA: Now I remember you. Go back and read the other threads and the advice given you there, which you still clearly haven't. You know, the one where you were acting like a jackass.

Still don't have time to take a part in your own success ?

Eat until is feels like a chore. And then when you start to hate eating eat more.

There is no reason to eat 6 meals a day.

you either have huge meals , or have a lot of fat in your diet . # of meals is irrelevant , what matters is # of calories. i can hit surplus with 2 meals

That's not a clean bulk. Read post #3. Once again, you clearly have never read the stickies.
