Greetings,

I am getting back into bodybuilding after being out of it for a while. I tried several different options when I was active, including 'roids when they were legal.

Before wasting time and money, I would like some feedback and advice from currently-experienced people on legal, anabolic products (if any exist) that actually work without turning your nuts into popcorn, making your hair fall out, giving you the acne of a pubescent, or cooking your liver.

My (uninformed) sense is all such things remain as much a waste of time as they used to be, but your feedback is appreciated and welcome.

Thanks.

The only thing I know that still works is Chicken and Tuna. 10 years ago all the cutting edge stuff we had and knew is either illegal or has been proven to be wrong.
