I'm male, 17, 195;b's and 6'1.

Breakfast-
oatmil
shake 2 scoops

Lunch-
5oz chicken sandwich with mayo
yoghourt
peanut bar
brunch bar
protein bar

Post meal-
jacket potato
cheese
beans
shake 2 scoops

Dinner-
12z chicken breast in sweat n sour sauce
125g white rice

TOTAL-
246g Carbs, 59g Fats, 283g Protein.

Drop protein to 160g
Replace those calories with more fats or more carbs

Eat a larger variety of foods with vegetables and add in red meats as well, and also fish or at least take fish oil. Eggs are great and so is avocado. Oh and bacon. chit. there is so many other foods you should add because this will soon be boring.
