Hey Guys,
Cliffs:
-Really confused with the whole TDEE calculators, each one gives me a diff number.
-Also realized I went full potato the past two months, added cals from cardio not realizing that was included in my TDEE.
-Is this good for rapid fat loss? TDEE(sedentary option)-500 cals, do not add cals from anything, hit macros IIFYM.
-Before(Nov 1) I would take 2700(TDEE from IIFYM.com with light activity), drop 100 cals per week, any extra cals from cardio add back on.
-New TDEE 2200 cals-500 1700 daily caloric limit. Activities include 4 weightlifting sessions per week, 3 45 min 5mile runs, 200 min cycling, 1-2 HIIT/Walking Sessions
-1700 cals 150 c 50 f 170 p Also not going to subtract net carbs.

Each calculator may use a different equation to determine your TDEE.

I suggest you READ the stickies because you're still misinformed. You don't just drop 500 calories from your TDEE, you drop it 15-20%. 500 calories in some cases is too much of a daily deficit dependent on your TDEE. Your macros are not good either.

Misinformed for life.
500 cal drop was from IIFYM.com
I tend to do 300 as I read on the stickies it was easier to maintain. My macros are fine for the caloric limit. The problem is 1700 cals fool

Why rapid fat loss? More rapid the more chance of muscle loss. Aim to lose about 1% of your body weight. If that is with 1700 calories then cool. But that is damn low.

So in other words, you just posted so everyone could give you a pat on the back ? Cals and fat macro is too low.

I posted because I'm confused as to my 'calculations' today, the weirdest being 1700 cals a day for me.
Did not want to bulk this winter, already overweight, but trying to dig myself out of the hole.
I will just not add cals from cardio and reduce calories more, hit macros 2

Wrong again. Macro minimums: .8-1g protein/lb and .4-.5g fat/lb. You are low on fat intake and 1700 cals is quite low for an active male as mentioned by allrnder.

So I have to take in over 100g of fat?
2100 cals 150 c 82 f 179 p sounds more like a cut, so whatever amount of cals those protein/fat number stay the same so if I lower cals enough I could do like 70f 170 p 0c? Not trying to be a kunt just trying to get this right.
