I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 for 12 weeks now, but I didn't really get anywhere with it for 10 weeks, until I realized I had to start out by deloading the weights. I've done that now and am working my way back up. I've been consuming 3000+ calories each day for just over half a year now, and I've noticed I'm now looking quite round around the face. I got my stats measured by a device at the gym a couple of days ago, and my body fat % is 26.8, BMI 27.3, and height and weight 5'9.2" and 84.6kg respectfully.
I'm going to cut once I've got over and beyond what I was lifting before I deloaded, so need advice on it.
What routine should I switch to for cutting?
How many calories should I consume during this period?
So I do cardio in addition to the weight lifting?
Should I try and get more protein and less carbs?
