View Full Version : Could somebody please give me a basic nutrition plan/a sticky if possible?

I know in order to gain lean muscle you have to eat a lot more and rest a lot. I do that, but my diet is not entirely perfect.

I feel like I eat more than enough and might even be overeating at times (but no binge) I eat 5 times a day, all protein packed meals and veggies + fruits.

Is there a very healthy meal plan out there that anybody has? Thinking about something affordable and manageable. Thank you very much in advance.

A typical day of mine is something like

Meal 1: Oats with skim milk
Meal 2: Greek yogurt
Meal 3: Sandwich with egg whites + chicken strips
Meal 4: Protein Shake post workout
Meal 5: Dinner which is usually chicken breast with steamed veggies
Meal 6: Cottage cheese with raspberries.

I thought of this instead
Meal 1: Eggs and Oats
Meal 2: Protein Bar and fruit
Meal 3: Chicken Breast, Rice and Broccoli
Meal 4: Protein Shake
Meal 5: Steak and sweet potatoes

dont think anybody is following meal plan, you just track macros and eat whatever you fit there with some common sense
