Every year once Lebron became the best player in the league we heard that someone was gonna take his crown. First it was Durant, then it was PG, then it was Kawhi etc....

With Brady it was him vs Manning, then Manning and Rodgers, then Rodgers and Luck, then Wilson and Luck, and now i even see the media tryna hype up a Cam Newton vs Tom Brady just hoping someone can take tommy 12 inches crown

Wtf? Tom Brady is the literal GOAT. Lebron is nowhere near the GOAT.

Tom Brady is also 4/6 in a sport that's actually harder to win championships.

Comparing Lebron to Brady is disrespecting Brady.

This.

It is more Lebron=Manning great in the regular season, choke in the playoffs
Duncan = brady longevity
Curry=Cam Newton Both currently the best in the game

Except Tom Brady is a winner that makes it happen on his own, Lebron is a dramaqueen monkey brancher that latches on to the team with the next group of upcoming super stars. Also football is an actual sport, much harder than basketball where you can close a deficit in 350 seconds.

I wonder why every team Lebron is on becomes an automatic contender. Hmm idk maybe because he's a winner?

Not true. They're (the team he plays on) contenders because they play in the Leastern Conference, and Lebron has to surround himself with at least 2 all-stars to contend.

Quit acting like Lebron can do it all by himself.

Contending =/= getting out of the (L)east.

He can't do it by himself but he can put up a good fight. I think we all saw that last year against arguably one of the best all around teams in NBA history.

James Harden put up a good fight too (for a couple of games). It doesn't mean anything. When the Warriors are at their best, no one can stop them.

And let's be real.. Warriors played like crap in the NBA Finals. Klay Thompson didn't even show up. The Splash Bros were mediocre all series, and they're rarely mediocre.

Lebron basically had no guards and no bench. The numbers he still managed to put up with that garbage surrounding cast are unbelievable.

You had Lebron and then the next best player was Mozgov..

Trash.

Lets see how Lebron does against the Warriors this year in the Finals with Kyrie and Love. Lebron had to put up those numbers because no one else could. Those numbers still came in a losing effort, so it doesn't mean as much. He won't come close to putting up those kinds of numbers if he has Kyrie and Love on his team. The question is.. will they win with Kyrie and Love? I think Kyrie is the type of player who likes to run and play in a fast pace offense. This will play directly into GSW's favor.

Well if the Warriors manage to stay healthy and continue to play the way they are playing I still think they win even with Kyrie/Love healthy for the Cavs. The series would probably go 7 though.

The injury bug gets to every team eventually.

Agreed. I personally think the reason why the Warriors lost 2 games in the Finals was because they were as inexperienced as it gets in terms of reaching the NBA Finals and making it that far in the postseason. If we look back at previous years, it's always the team with championship experience and pedigree that makes it to the Finals... Spurs, Tim Duncan, Lebron, Wade, etc... The most recent team with the least amount of championship experience in the Finals was the OKC Thunders and they showed their inexperience in the NBA Finals. The Warriors won because they have amazing chemistry as a team despite their lack of experience.

The Warriors will have a much easier time this year in the postseason because they now know what it takes to win a NBA championship. They now have what Kobe, Lebron, Tim Duncan had in terms of experience.

Looking at the start of this season alone you can see the experience and what it's doing for them. Majority of their wins have been by double digits. It's a scary thing.

However the NBA season is very long. They could lose some guys and that could change everything.

Tom Brady is the Michael Jordan of The NFL. Period. That is the correct comparison and there is no other.
