hello i am a 15 year old boy and i went through a weight loss journey where i starved myself half the time and about a month ago started eating and regaining my muscle.

but i need to know how fast i need to increase my calories to maintain and regain my muscle completely without gaining fat

my diet is pretty clean, i eat plenty of lean meats, vegetables and fruits and whole grains, i dont like fast food, and i dont eat junk food and i get around 90-120 grams of protein each day.

and i also get some form of exercise everyday and i lift weights at least 4 times a week.

But besides that i just need to know a healthy caloric intake for me, and i am slowly increasing my calories like this week im at about 1100-1300 calories a day, and next week i am going increase it to 1500, i know this isnt a healthy intake and its very little, i just need to know if this is to slow of a rate or if i should increase the intake faster in order to not gain my fat back again.

thanks for reading

You shouldn't have ANY set calorie number(s) at your age.

DO NOT focus/fixate on your "Diet". You're 15 years old.
