Hi Guys!

Although i am not new to body building i am very new to being a vegetarian (3 months). I feel great on a vego diet but i wanted to run my meal plan past others and see if anyone can make sure i am on the right track. Even when i was eating meat my diet was something i struggled with.

My diet is the following -

6am - 1 serve of mass gainer 30g of protein 60g of carbs - head to the gym

8am - 2 egg yokes and 6 egg whites omelette hand full of mushrooms, hand full of spinach.

10:30am - 1 scoop of ON Protein.

12pm - 1 cup of lentils, 1 cup of quinoa, cup of mixed veggies

3pm - 1 serve of mass gainer 30g of protien 60g of carbs

7:30pm - dinner changes daily but normally has plenty of lentils, chickpeas, veggies, sweet patato, patato etc

9pm - 50g of almonds as a snack.

Totals
Carbs 260g
Fat 85g
Protien 150g

Any advice, changes, criticism is welcomed! Im all for learning from my mistakes.

Kind of depends on your goals. Best advice is to keep tracking, and reevaluate in a couple weeks depending on if you are making the desired progress towards your goal or not.

What's a "patato"?

A "patato" is like a potato but is spelt differently because the person spelling it was rushing and didnt check over it before posting. Lol

Fellow vegetarian chiming in, your macros seem fine but your diet seems heavy around Whey, try and mix it up! PB Sandwiches, Greek Yoghurt, Cottage Cheese, mycoprotein, tofu etc.. are all great and versatile sources of Protein and I use them to hit 30g per meal without having a meal either heavy on shakes, or repetitive.
