Hi guys ! I would like to have some suggestion for a new nutrition plan because im totally stuck to 71kg!

I already have made great progress, check my profile, but now i'm working a lot in a restaurant, and i think that is makeing me burn too much calories!

i work from 10.30 am untill 15.00 and then 17.30 untill 24.00.

So any suggestion for a high calorie and mass gain nutrition ?

I prefer tasty food myself, surely you think at least one kind of food is tasty?

Throw a half cup of oats in your shaker with your protein. Easiest way to get a meal in and you've already added more food

Just slowly increase your food and you'll be on your way to gains
