Hey I am new to this and was wondering if anyone out there could help me. I am currently 5'9", 205 pounds. I lift five days per week. I am looking to lose around 20 to 25 pounds. My biggest hangup is food. I normally consume around 2500 cal a day. I am a teacher and a coach and I'm on my feet and away from my house most of the day. Any suggestions of sample meals that could work to get me and me 1800 cal range? What's good, what's bad, and what is easy to take along to work and coaching. Any help is greatly appreciated thanks for all the motivation

Where did you get your 1800cals from? A online calculator? Or just decided on that number?

Once you find your caloric and macro intake find foods that you want to reach those goals with.

I got my numbers from the nutritionist at my doctors office.
