I prefer the week off method I want to time the DELOAD right. Currently reverse dieting in a week I will be at maintenance hold it for a week then thinking take the week off. Then come back wiTh a slight surplus.

Should I drop my cals on the week off since I won't be training 6x/week ? And how much. Each workout is about 2 hours with 1-3min break max

Current cals 3500..maintenance is 3700

I'd just keep the 3500 IMO, let the body rest up for the week and recover before going into the bulk; it's not going to hurt much/any and you will be better rested more than likely.

Cool so is this a good idea. Finish the week at 3500, take a week off, then come back at 3700 monitor weight and adjust accordingly? I estimate il be at 3900ish for my "lean" bulk.

Or work up to 3700 hold it then 3500 for the week off?

Are you worried about eating maintenance on a deload? You aren't going to gain weight at maintenance.

If you're usually training for 2 hours that burns more than 200 calories. It would not be wise to eat in surplus while not training for 7 days.

True Il drop the cals to 3400ish on DELOAD would it be okay to make the jump to 3800 right after when I start training again?

You've been on a 6 month cut. How could you possibly know your new TDEE?

You've been on a 6 month cut. How could you possibly know your new TDEE?i lost a pound a week at 3200 meaning I was at a 500 deficit. Lost weight quite consistent throughout the six months. Would my maintenance not just be 500 more ?

The 500 calories per pound is just a rough estimate. Go by what happens on the scale.
