View Full Version : High school Male Looking for Good Workout Routine

I am 6 foot, 17 and weigh 210 lbs. I am tired of not knowing what i am going to do at the gym everyday and really want to get a good workout routine.
I go to a LA Fitness to help give an idea of what machines i can work with.
As for diet and supplements, i take fish oil, multivitamin, whey protein and pre-workout. I eat chicken breast with broccoli and carrots for lunch and brown rice with either chicken, fish or beef with a salad. Usually i eat a peanut butter jelly sandwich for a snack as well as some peanut butter crackers. Oatmeal and egg whites are my breakfast.

If anyone could link me a workout routine or lay one out for me, it would really really help me. I try to google some but it gets really confusing and there are so many it overwhelms me.
