View Full Version : Is this a decent way to lose weight?

my "new" routine.
I wake up, eating breakfeast. Just normally.
Then going to school (eating lunch, doing a fair bit of exercise)
then eat alot at dinner at around 3pm.
Then not eating ANYTHING afterwards.
and yeah, i'm trying hard to exercise, but the motivation is always still.
So has anyone tried this method, and does it work?

(no candy/sweets or coke, just food)

go read the stickies on front page please this isnt a routine and i can't tell if troll or not thats how bad this "routine" sounds

This is a poorly put together plan. You get what you put in bro. The small amount of effort you are putting in will yield equal results. Like the guy said above me, read the stickies on the main page of the losing fat forum. It will explain everything you need to know about getting started.
