Hey guys

I lost a bunch of weight- Ive posted on here a couple time about that. I work out 3 times a week on the All Pro Beginners program for the past 5 months.Im a 31 year old female, I weigh 112-115 lbs, BF 17% (apparently), and Im 4'11. I recently started counting calories and macros instead of WW which is what made me lose all the weight. I like counting my calories better and making sure I get the proper macro and micro nutrients.

Im just not sure if I need to lose more....I have some loose skin but not sure if all of it is or if I still have some stubborn fat.

Here are some photos- can someone please tell me if this is the worst they have seen on a scale from 1-10..just wanna know what Im dealing with here. Surgery in the future may be an option. I may wait a year to see if it goes away

Here they are:

Seems to be some loose skin and body fat.

I suggest you continue cutting.

PS. your body fat is likely higher than 17%. BIA devices aren't accurate.

Just lovely- that's what I figured. I'm on 1168 cal a day which actually is pretty similar to what I was on WW except funny thing is I think it kicked my weight loss back in gear by switching because I was staying at 115 for about 5 months now- thing is I don't want to lose more but I know that the loose skin will get worse :(. Fak!

So I'm assuming don't bother with ab crunches because what's the point.

I do 1 1/2 min side planks every day (modified) it seemed to have strengthened my side obliques which I kinda like!

P=115 grams
C= 73 grams
F=46 grams

That's quite long. I would lower calories or increase activity in that case.

I've heard sometimes it gets better over time.

I wouldn't bother either. Focus all your energy on getting stronger on your lifts. More strength will lead to more muscle which will burn more calories.

Yah the thing is when I switched from WW to Macro counting etc.. eating pretty much the same cal on WW (as it worked out) I am noticing I lost 2 pounds so I think me switching actually vamped something up.

I will continue to cut- so have you seen worse? Like how bad is it? I have to ask..I like my body (legs are more tone, upper back and arms) dont get me wrong- my weak spot is my stomach right now.
