So, quick background story. 17, high metabolism, decided to do something about my skinny figure. Realized I'm gonna need a 3000 cal diet according to some people, so I've written one leaving some lenience for dinner, tell me what you think.

/////// BREAKFAST:

Yakult (50/0/0/10)

1 1/2 Cup of Oats w/ 150g Low Fat Toffee Yoghurt (1060/19/37/174)

////// SNACK :

x2 Granola Bar (200/8/3/28)

///// LUNCH:

1 Bagel w/ 4 triangles of Darylee (368/13/16/53)

///// SNACK:

50g Pistachio Nuts (290/22/10/9)

////// PRE-WORKOUT SHAKE/SNACK SHAKE:

50g Whey Powder w/ 1tbsp Peanut Butter w/ 250g of Milk (406/15/55/16)

////// POST-WORKOUT SHAKE

50g Whey Powder w/ 1tbsp Peanut Butter w/ 250g of Milk (406/15/55/16)

///// DINNER

Whatever

////// Total: CAL 2730 / F 92 / P 176 / CARBS 296

Do I need more carbs, less fat or?
Am I correct in thinking (just for confirmation) 3 workout days a week, keep it quick low reps high weight (not to burn too many calories) and me doing this diet EVERY day (even on non-workout days) I'm not going to get fat?

Cheers, sorry if this sounds stupid - im new to this whole thing.

Low reps and high weight isnt ideal for musclebuilding.

Eat the same every day to keep it simple.

Dont make your own program. Follow a routine made by a person who knows what hes doing.

Reading the stickies in this section would do you good. Your diet has zero vegetables and seems extremely repetetive.

You don't have a high metabolism. Double your calorie intake and check back in 3 months from now.

Ditch the whey powders. You can eat real food instead.

Milk already has whey in it. Chocolate milk tastes better and has more calories.
