Been dieting for 4 months with weights and 3-4 day bike 45 min sessions due to injury in disc i cant do any other type of cardio. Serious in macros for past 3-4 weeks at 2300-2350 and counting macros AND NOW ON 2150-2200...... Is thsi too low and make me gain fat in metibolism damage???

24 yrs old. Male. 6ft2. 236-240lbs

Could it be the same rountine in cardio the bike which isn't making a difference but I cant do anything due to injury...

weighing everything and counting all for years. blood work was done and thyroid and test are fine.... I have no idea?!

Your metabolism isn't damaged. You can't be in a deficit and gain fat. You may not be very active for most of the day outside of the gym. You also may be tracking inaccurately.

I dont wanna lose muscle mass at the same time u know... For my height 6'2 i need to cut . My injury is killing me on profress due cant do cardio except bike and cant do alot of execrises due to disc.

I know i used to cut on 2350 and et nice results but i was doing stairmaster 45 mins 3x a week with that.... I will stay on 2150 and track to see what will happen is my only guess
