I'm at about 12% and I was doing about a 300-400 deficit for about 4 weeks without a single refeed. I then had a bit of a hiccup and went 3,600 calories over maintenance one night (ate a ton of all macros, including protein) and the next day went about 2,500 calories over maintenance which mostly consisted of carbs and fat.

Since I hadn't had a refeed in awhile, did I absorb all of those calories into fat?

Get back on track tomorrow. That's all you can do.

I ate chinese takeout for lunch on Saturday, had like 5 hotdogs, 2 burgers, a large bag of pistachios, half a bag of reeses, two hershey bars worth of smores, about 12 cans of beer, and some bbq chicken that night. Followed by hotdogs and more reeses the next morning.

It's Tuesday now and I'm back to normal after some lovely bowel movements.

Don't worry too much about a bad day.

Unless you're prepping to step on a bodybuilding contest stage, just get back on your plan and forget about those two days. Try to have a bit more discipline in the future.
