so yesterday i started my cutt ... and my carbs for this week will be .65xlbs ,

and yesterday i ate according to the nutrition fact on the brown rice , and it says for each 1/4 cup or 48 grams there is = 37 g of carbs (it doesn't say cooked or not but i assumed uncooked )

and thats what i did i just cooked a whole cup and assumed it will contain 140 carbs minimum (37gx4) and fit it into my macros as

140 carbs ,, but today i read that each 195 (cup) of cooked brown rice contains 45 g of carbs !!?! what the hell ?!

so the cup of 195 g uncooked has 140 g carbs and cooked 195 g has 45 grams !?!

is this true and what should i do ??? just assume that for every 195 of cooked there is 45 g of carbs and go by this ?

i am using a scale i weighed 195 and cooked it ,, on the package it says 37g carbs for each 48 gram so 195 grams of uncooked brown rice have 148 grams of carbs so after cooking i weighed it and it was 364 grams ,, but online it says from the 364 grams there is only 45 grams for each 195 gram of cooked so total almost 90 grams of carbs in 364 grams of cooked brown rice

so should i log 148 g of carbs or 90 ?!

Weigh all of your food don't use cups. You were right by assuming uncooked. If you read online a higher content it could be because they rounded differently, cooked the rice differently, had sauce , etc. Just go by what your package says.

You don't need to reweigh it after cooking. Secondly its weight/volume has changed due to water. Once again as i said go by what your package says which is 148g of carbs for 195g uncooked rice.

This, OP. The weight on your food scale would change quite a bit since the rice absorbs water during cooking.

One cup of uncooked rice will be a bit more than one cup of volume when it is cooked. Go by the package serving facts according to how much of the serving you ate.
