Hi everybody. I've been working out for over a year now and I seem to have run into a problem. I try to get 110 grams of protein and 400 grams of carbs, and 3500 calories, and try to split them up into 5 meals. The problem is, I've always had a sensitive stomach, and so trying to get all of them sometimes results in an upset stomach, so does anybody have any advice? Thanks in advance

Depends... is it an issue of food volume (so much food you feel ill), or a particular food item?

If it is the amount of food you can try more calorie dense foods such as peanut butters, trail mix, ice cream, chocolate milk, cheese, full fat dairy, cereal, ect.

If it is a particular food item than simply avoid it.

You're 14 years old?! I see nothing good coming from tracking your macros at that age.

Just eat to hunger, pick a nice program such as Fierce 5 and stay away from the foods that upset your stomach.

And there's really no reason you'd need to eat 400 gram carbs. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what's causing the problem.
