I am 5'10" 160 lbs. ive been training everyday for a year but only have gained ~15 pounds of muscle because i spent a good amount of time in a cut (total loss of 50 lbs). My goal is to gain 30 pounds in the next 9 months, with 50% being pure muscle. Is this possible?

If you are 17, 5'10 and 160 it shouldn't be too hard to put on 15 pounds of muscle in 9 months if nutrition and lifting are good.

Just from experience, I went from 145 @ 10%BF to 171 at about 11-12% BF in one year for wrestling in high school, so it can be done. I know another kid that went from 171 to 205 in one year, mostly muscle.
