Hey Guys,

Im a 15 y/o male who weighs about 153 Lbs. I lift about 5 times a week, and will start eating about 3,400 calories (too much?).
I'm just looking for tips on how to gain maximum muscle with minimal fat.
Any tip is appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Find your maintenance (the amount of calories you need to consume daily to maintain your current body weight) and than slowly increase each weak until you find that sweet spot where your gain 0.5 to 1lb a week.

You are pretty much going to always gain a little fat when bulking but 3400 calories sounds OK if you are pretty active as well. Try it out, dial in the calories depending on results. Get your protein and continue to lift. You're 15, you should be able to pack on muscle pretty fast.

Monitor the mirror, not the scale/calories.

Calorie counting isn't something you should be doing right now.

Training a body part only once per week is NOT optimal. Get on a good program.
