Hello I am new to this website but I would like to get some advice.
I have been lifting for about 3 years and have gained serious strength and athleticism. I am 20 years old 5'11'' and 205.
My bodyfat% is 17 and I finally want to cut to regain my six pack I had when I was younger. Any advice on food to eat? Please and thank you.
