I was told by a friend that to get to the goals I am wanting. I need to do 50 protein 30 carbs and 20 fat. Which is fine but I need help figuring out how to plan for this cause she didn't really explain it well. I am new to planning meals. Normally I just eat what I want but I know to get to my goal I have to eat healthier.. even if there is a thread explaining it or something I would appreciate any advice.
