View Full Version : Meal plan cut/bulk

Im a beginner in lifting. Im planning a bulk/losing fat at the same time but i dont know if im eating wrong or right. Ineed ur help to correct my meal plan. Im 6ft 81kg with 25% bodyfat.
Training days meal (4 times a day)
(Pre workout meal) 1 cup of rice, 1skinless chicken breast, 1 hotdog

(Post workout meal)1 cup of rice, fish,skinless chicken breast, 2 egg whites, 7pcs cuts of pure beef and a small amount of veggies( like pechay etc)

1 Egg white + skinless chicken breast

Skinless chicken breast or any whitemeat(fish,chicken etc) Im taking amino 2222 before and after workout. Btw, im eating banana after meal 1 to 3

Non training days
1cup of rice, any 1 meat the same size like chicken we order at fastfood. Egg or hotdog

1 cup of rice. Egg with yolk and longganisa, burger steak or hotdog

Skinless chicken breast and banana

Sometimes just a banana and crackers.

1) First read the stickies on the main nutrition page, no one here knows how many calories you need or don't need everyday to maintain, bulk, or cut.

2) Are you trying to gain muscle or lose fat?

- What happens when you run out of an item on your meal plan that's needed for your next meal? Oops...

- Wouldn't you rather just eat foods you enjoy around the clock in a way that is beneficial to your goals?
