I have been wondering.

I won't actually do this, so please don't hate

How would fat loss/ weight loss be mostly on a egg diet?

Say 10 omelets a day? then some fruit, greens, but that's it.

Eggs with 1/4 yolk since 1 whole yolk is too much cholesterol.

Again, just a question out of curiosity, please do not hate.

uwot?

EDIT: If eating 10 omelets kept you in a caloric deficit, weight loss would be fine.

An omelet is barely 100 calories.

That would make it a 1000.

But I'm concerned about losing muscle too.

If you're only using 1 egg for an omelette, you're doing it wrong.

Don't be alarmed by the cholesterol in an egg.

The yolk is the best part.

If you are in overall good health. EAT THE DARN YOLK

Has it occurred to you do the math and see how it fits into your macros?

What is wrong with one egg?

Nothing is wrong with 1 egg. Especially when combined with 2+ more eggs.

I've never seen a 1 egg omelette and wouldn't even waste my time. 4 egg omelette minimum for me, srs

Perhaps 'omelette' is a little lost in translation with the OP.

I think of 3 eggs as the default, with 4 being a very desirable option.

I just take out the yolk from the egg. It still makes a good omelet.
