View Full Version : Daily Calories, Carbs, Proteins & Fats per day?

I have a really rough time gaining fat or muscle.

I'm 6'2", 140 pounds.

I'm wondering what the ideal proteins, carbs, fats per day in grams would be for me?

Been reading some say 1g of protein, others day 2g of protein per pound.

Along with calories? 3000+?

Want to start making real gains, sick of being skinny!

fats like .5g body weight
hella carbs
