I was brought up to believe too many eggs in one week is really bad for because of the cholesterol in them, i currently eat eggs whites already but some eggs i keep the yolk in them. My calculations rack me up to eating 21 whole eggs (with the yolk) a week. Am i really damaging my health with that many or am i okay to carry on?

The idea that dietary cholesterol is bad for you is based on a study done many years ago that has since been discredited.

21 whole eggs plus 28-40 egg whites per week for years. No issues here.
