View Full Version : Thinking of competing in Novice/Masters Physique (critique needed)

I have never competed before but was thinking of trying to compete in masters physique Oct 24th, 2015.
I'm 42 current weight is 218, lean mass is 199.9 and body fat is 8.7% from what my last test was.

I was looking for some advice or whether or not I even have a chance If i started prepping in July. for Oct show.
Anyway let me know what you think. and thanks...

No offence but October is far too close for you to achieve anything IMO. I'd waiting for the competitions in spring.

General rule of having to add 5% to everyone's estimate never seems to fail :)
