Can someone please help me Im just 18 I'm 75kg 5'11 and about 18% bf I have been training for about 7 months results aren't bad I'm quite happy with my body but I think I messed up my metabolism the past 2 months I've seen no results I still weigh the same and look the same the past 2 months I've been eating about 1,700 kcal a day since I start training its a constant struggle to eat I'm always full, I take in about 160 -180g protein, 50g fat, 110-120g carbs a day I wanna get leaner and lower my bf% I train 6 times a week

Your post is contradictory.

You say you are only consuming 1700 calories which is not a lot yet you say you are struggling to eat enough as you are always full.

You maybe eating far more than you think, hence why you are always full and why you are not losing weight. How are you tracking your calorie intake? Are you weighting your food, are you counting everything, including oils you cook with, liquids etc.

I weigh my food and I use my fitness pal to track my macros I use 1kcal spay to cook my food with and the only sause I eat with my food is franks hot sause
