What's a good set of macros for me I'm try to gain some weight back I lost from lacrosse tdee is 2600 I'm 5"9" 155lb I'm starting at 225 carb 200 protein 65 fat but I think I should raise my carb and protein

Those macros add up to about 2300 calories. Ideally, you want to take your maintenance and add 10%-20% to that for your calories, then determine your macros.

Generally, minimums are around .8g/lb protein and .4-.45g/lb fat.

200g protein is more than enough unless you prefer/can afford eating more. Fat is okay, but you can raise it a few grams if you'd like. Fill the remaining calories with whatever you prefer.

If your tdee is 2600 then you should probably be eating about 2900.

1g protein per lb of bodyweight.
.4g fat per pound of bodyweight.
rest carbs.
