Im male 6' 2'', weight 170 (with muscle and tone), 23 years old

so i work from 5-10 pm (cashier) and i asked if i can take a sandwich with me and they said yes.

so heres my plan

two WW bread with 5 egg whites 1 yolk and papaya.
(made with 1 tblsp of coconut oil)

lunch:
1 cup of white or brown rice with 6 oz chicken breast, veggies and sometimes beans.
(olive oil)
dinner:
(during job time)
two WW bread with two peanut butter spoon and some rottasire chicken (the one with sodium)

pre bed :

greek yogurt with maybe almonds and cottage cheese combine (1 cup total)


what do you guys think? the thing is i work from 5-10 and my dinner would be like 11 pm and starving to dead if i wait that long.

I also do 10 min cardio and don't take protein shake ;s should i add it?

How many total calories? What are the macros you are hitting? Are you trying to burn fat or build muscle? If you don't know, then you should read the stickies.
